Continuous EVOLUTION - we have further developed our ZEGA pannier systems under this philosophy, thus the name of our latest aluminum pannier was obvious from the start. The ZEGA Evo combines tens of thousands of times proven toughness with extra-comfortable handling, thanks in part to a fully new fastening system.

Practical advantages and ease of use:

The ZEGA Evo is even easier to install than the ZEGA Pro2, with a completely secure hold - even in the most difficult off-road conditions! As a result, it combines optimal ergonomics and ultimate comfort without losing dependability.

We've kept the popular hinge function with the redesigned lid catches. This allows the lid to be opened from both sides or completely removed. The pannier's lid and base are made utilizing a sophisticated deep-drawing technology, which removes the need for unsightly welding seams.

The high-quality, waterproof special rivets ensure a secure connection between the outer shell and the base. The lid features a tongue and groove shape with an integrated silicone seal that ensures a watertight seal. If the altitude changes, the newly developed ventilation mechanism releases pressure in or on the pannier. This means you'll be able to open a pannier that you closed in the valley on the highest pass road. The ZEGA Evo, like its predecessor, is built of the standard 1.5 mm thick aluminum.

The ZEGA Evo already has convenient accessory mounting pins. As a result, you can effortlessly attach the ZEGA Evo accessory holders without having to drill holes in your new case. As with earlier generations, the proven attachment eyes are standard on the lid, allowing you to securely connect unique pannier lid bags or other objects to your ZEGA Evo. The carrying handle makes it simple to transport the pannier.

In terms of design, the new ZEGA Evo, whether silver or black anodised, sets the bar for high-quality baggage solutions. The rounded, freshly developed plastic corners are more than just an aesthetic feature. They safeguard not just the bag but also the driver from injury in the event of an accident.

Newly developed fastening system:

The ZEGA Evo's fundamental component is a completely new created and constructed pannier rack fastening mechanism that blends easy handling with secure hold. Even when extremely strong forces are at work, your pannier remains securely linked to your motorcycle. The mounting technique is quite straightforward, the locking mechanism has a safety lock that remains active even if you do not lock it, and handling is simple even with the heaviest gloves. Simply insert the hooks onto the rack and press down on the tension lever until it clicks into place. A lock on the rack can be used to secure the pannier against theft. Simply pull on the tension lever and lift the pannier from the rack to remove it. The mechanism also operates in harsh environments such as dirt, sand, and mud.

Panniers as part of the luggage system:

The ZEGA Evo, like all Touratech panniers before it, was designed from the start to be part of a luggage system. The exceptional practical benefits are the result of a one-of-a-kind mix of an attractive and indestructible pannier, a clever fastening system, and a terrain-resistant rack built of 18 mm thick stainless steel tubes.
