This extremely durable exhaust has been designed to blend in with the lines of the bike and uses a design found in Akrapovic products for the adventure bike market. It features a stainless steel connecting tube and a sand blasted high quality titanium outer sleeve.

This system produces a deep and rich V-twin sound, while weighing 11.6% (0.5 kg) less than standard. On the Akrapovic dyno, performance improved with a power increase of 1.3 kW (1.7 hp) at 2,300 rpm and a torque increase of 5.6 Nm at 2,700 rpm compared to a Pan America 1250 with stock exhaust.

The body of Stil is made of titanium. This allows not only to considerably lighten its weight (titanium is one of the lightest metals among all the components used in the production of exhausts), but also to quickly dissipate the accumulated heat. The sphere is made from proprietary titanium alloys that are 3x stronger than other "commercial" titanium alloys. The high quality and strength of these materials make them difficult to manufacture, but result in much more durable and stable products with high heat resistance.

The simple plug-and-play installation of this EC/ECE approved exhaust, which also complies with the latest Euro 5 requirements, requires no ECU remapping.

Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 Special edition and Harley-Davidson Genuine saddlebags, bags and centerstand are all Slip-On (Titanium) compatible.
