THE NEW STANDARD: MESH 2.0

Thanks to major technical improvements made to the original Sena Mesh IntercomTM algorithm, Mesh 2.0 offers the 50S a new level of strong, dependable connections and intelligent, flexible intercom message routing. The Mesh 2.0 network is actively used by Sena's 50S units to exchange information at an incredible rate. A clever prompting and response system between Mesh 2.0 units has enabled 80% more data to be delivered over difficult terrain. Additionally, Mesh 2.0 components immediately identify the best route for effectively transmitting signals from rider to rider.

All Sena Mesh 2.0 intercom users will experience an unheard-of level of intercom audio quality and reliable connectivity as a result of the new Mesh 2.0 technology. MULTI-CHANNEL COMMUNICATION AND PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS

The 50S delivers not one, but three different intercom modes available to Sena riders: Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom™, Group Mesh Intercom™, and Bluetooth Intercom.

The first Mesh IntercomTM channel system in the industry is included in Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom (Open Mesh)! The 50S Mesh 2.0 technology allows users to select between nine different channels when operating in Open Mesh mode, much like conventional handheld or CB radios. Open Mesh provides a straightforward, one-button solution for connecting to the Mesh 2.0 intercom network. Additionally, it accommodates an almost infinite number of users across a distance of up to 5 miles (8 km) (minimum of 6 riders at 1 mi/1.6 km intervals)! The 50S Open Mesh Intercom mode is certain to change the game for those big group/club rides because of how simple it is to connect, how many users it can accommodate, how far it can reach, and because it has the nine-channel feature.

Change the mode to Group Mesh Intercom if you desire a private group discussion. With the same incredible range as Open Mesh, Group Mesh offers a single, private group for up to 24 individuals. Only users who have been invited to join the Group Mesh conversation can assure privacy.
