Return processing time

Period in which you may make a return:

In our online shop, we offer our customers a 30-day 'no questions asked' return option. The 30 days are counted from the day you receive your order.

After approval of your return request, you have 14 days to return the return package to the chosen parcel service.

Return processing period:

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, if you follow our return instructions, the return will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the parcel at our warehouse. We reserve the right to extend this period in cases where further inspection of the return is required.

Refund period:

Refund - We will refund you on the same day we process the return. The refund will arrive in your bank account, depending on the payment method you used. This is usually 1-2 working days but can sometimes be longer.
