Exhaust systems can reach temperatures of up to 650°C, which are too high for your soft luggage or its contents to withstand. However, a slight gap between the muffler and the luggage is sufficient to dissipate the heat. Furthermore, the forced convection of the airflow will boost cooling capacity even more.
