HIGHSIDER DRL CONTROL- BOX CB1

Control box for daytime running lights in cars without a light switch.
The DRL CONTROL-BOX CB1 installation allows for the proper switching of the front illumination on a secured vehicle between a conventional main headlight and a separate HIGHSIDER daytime running light (TFL) or a HIGHSIDERLED main headlight with integrated daytime running light (TFL).

As per the regulations, it is mandatory to connect the daytime running light so that it turns off automatically when the main headlight is turned on.
In cars without a light switch, the primary headlight is always on, therefore the HIGHSIDER daytime running light would not operate as intended.

To the daytime running lights:

White = parking light (+)
Red = daytime running light (+)

Note:
It is also a separate ON and OFF switch for the DRL CONTROL-BOX required (not included). The rear tail light must always remain switched on, i.e. on ignition plus.
